Your technician Ed came to my home and went under the house as requested. He found that the flex line under the house was not connected. I appreciate his thoroughness in solving the problem of an extreme draft from a floor vent in the family room. I just wanted to write to tell you how much I appreciate the service your technician Paul did at my home on June 29, 2018. While troubleshooting my AC problem he had an unexpected issue arise that required a part he did not have on his truck. Even though it was a hot Friday afternoon and he had several other service calls to make he took the time to go and get the part he needed to complete my job before the weekend started. I very much appreciate his efforts to make sure my family and I had our AC restored before he left for a weekend trip he was looking forward to. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Over the past several days we have received excellent service from Extreme Climates. This included the installation of a new HVAC system overseen by Jim Chadwick and a great team of installers. Two days later, we discovered that our new system was not operating. This discovery occurred shortly after a service visit from an electrician to fix a power problem in our garage.

We called Extreme Climates at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Corey arrived promptly and quickly determined the cause of our problem. He fixed it immediately. We thank him and the entire Extreme Climates team for your service and professionalism.

Jim did not have the part that needed to be replaced so he went to go pick up the part, came back within the hour and had my A/C up and running! Extreme Climates came out today to give me a free 'second' opinion estimate on my furnace. Turns out they were able to find me a unit cheaper and more energy efficient than their competitor and offered a financing option. Hot summer day and our air conditioning unit stops working! My husband works from home so the hot and humid weather was making it unbearable in our house. Ed came to our house today to fix an A/C outside unit problem, and do our semi-annual maintenance for Spring. While I am invariably pleased with the work of Extreme Climates employees who come for routine maintenance, I must say Ed is among the best. Extremely thorough cleaning of the heat exchangers in our outside units which will undoubtedly make them perform better, and every other step of the maintenance done carefully and well explained. With employees like Ed, I predict much success for Extreme Climates.

J just had my first annual AC maintenance this past Tuesday, June 18 and the service technician was Tyler. It is obvious the Extreme Climates trains it’s staff both from a technical and customer service perspective.

When Tyler arrived he introduced himself and immediately put on blue “booties” to cover his shoes as he entered our home. We have a whole house filter and he very carefully disassembled the unit and took it outside for a thorough cleaning and left it to dry. Next he went over to the condenser unit and noticed that there were leaves and debris in the bottom of the unit. So he turned off the unit, removed the fan assembly and lowered himself inside so that he could remove all the debris with a shop vac. He then saturated the coils with a spray cleaner and hosed off the coils.

I was impressed that he took the time to do the job properly and did not cut any corners. I have had AC service where they do not clean the condenser unit properly.

Finally, once the system was reassembled and running, he used an infrared thermometer to check all four zones in our home to make sure the inlet and outlet temperatures were in range.

I think I am a pretty demanding client who will complain if the job was not done properly, so I felt it was equally important to let you know that Tyler is a credit to your company and that I was 100% satisfied and delighted that the job was done right the first time. I will continue to recommend Extreme Climates to my friends and neighbors.
