J just had my first annual AC maintenance this past Tuesday, June 18 and the service technician was Tyler. It is obvious the Extreme Climates trains it’s staff both from a technical and customer service perspective.
When Tyler arrived he introduced himself and immediately put on blue “booties” to cover his shoes as he entered our home. We have a whole house filter and he very carefully disassembled the unit and took it outside for a thorough cleaning and left it to dry. Next he went over to the condenser unit and noticed that there were leaves and debris in the bottom of the unit. So he turned off the unit, removed the fan assembly and lowered himself inside so that he could remove all the debris with a shop vac. He then saturated the coils with a spray cleaner and hosed off the coils.
I was impressed that he took the time to do the job properly and did not cut any corners. I have had AC service where they do not clean the condenser unit properly.
Finally, once the system was reassembled and running, he used an infrared thermometer to check all four zones in our home to make sure the inlet and outlet temperatures were in range.
I think I am a pretty demanding client who will complain if the job was not done properly, so I felt it was equally important to let you know that Tyler is a credit to your company and that I was 100% satisfied and delighted that the job was done right the first time. I will continue to recommend Extreme Climates to my friends and neighbors.
